"The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask. "

The reception experience felt a bit underwhelming, as the staff member who checked us in seemed rather tired and not very welcoming. It was around 10pm, so perhaps it had just been a long day. The location worked fine for us since we were driving, but it might be less convenient for guests relying on public transport."
