i absolutely loved my time at UNPLAN!! the staff were all very friendly and kind, and they had several free-accommodation staff that were awesome as well. became fast friends with one of them and it made the entire experience even more enjoyable. the bunks are very high quality and the mattresses, pillows, and blankets were more comfortable than other hostels i’ve stayed at. each bunk had ample space for storage as well as a lock box and hangers. the bathroom facilities, kitchen/lounge, and laundry areas were also very well maintained. they have happy hour and movie nights during the week, and the coffee shop in the lobby had the best caramel latte i’ve had in japan so far. the location is very walkable, literally right across the street from Ohori Park and the castle ruins, as well as around the corner from the subway station. there is a conbini on the same block, and a 7-11 only a few blocks away. will definitely be staying here again in the future. thank you UNPLAN for making my first trip to Japan absolutely incredible.

セキュリティ向上希望

駅から近くコンビニ、ミニストップもすぐそばでアクセス良く部屋もシャワー室も清潔でした。 そしてスタッフさんも親切でした。 ただ、女性専用ルーム宿泊しましたが、部屋のオートロックが壊れていて、少々不安でした。あと女性シャワールームの出入口に鍵がないので、夜等シャワーする際、少し危険に感じます。　 そして女性専用ルームのはずなのに、 部屋で男性？に遭遇しました。 女性ルームにも男性が泊まったりするのでしょうか？ 女性に対してのセキュリティの強化、向上があれば他は良かったので、また泊まりたいです。
