Balcony sliding fly screen was broken. the outdoor furniture wasn’t covered. the cover was tucked under the cushions . No protection from the weather or droppings. BBQ cover was barely there, nearly blow away.didn’t use it anyway.the fabric snake under the door on the staircase didn’t provide any protection: insects and small leaves were still getting in.Overall it was good but it could do with a little maintenance and that’s the truth."
