"The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."

The room was spacious and clean with updated bathrooms and the salt pool refreshing and relaxing. "Okay, so what you need to know. The enterprise has two accommodation locations and have different names. We arrived at our pre-booked accommodation at the standard 3pm check in time only to be turned away by a caretaker/maintenance-worker at the property. He informed us that we were at the wrong location and that we were staying at their other property location, about a 10 minute drive. We showed him our reservation because it didn’t sound right but he insisted. We left that property and arrived at the other only to be informed that we were provided with the incorrect information. The building acoustics are not great and I wouldn’t suggest the stay if you’re after a relaxing time with your significant other. It’s better suited to family stays, groups of people who aren’t considerate of others such as a boys trip away or a large group of excited tourists who aren’t cognisant of the idea that other people might actually be staying there too! There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi on site - great, BUT, there was a young couple occupying it each afternoon into the night doing well, you can figure out the rest. Overall a comfortable clean stay, with lovely staff, but not a great experience for getting some shut eye."

"Patrizia and Luca are, hands down, the most incredible hosts I have ever met in all my years of travelling across the globe. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made our trip truly special. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect. It was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable that we instantly felt right at home. The location was also fantastic—it was incredibly convenient to have a supermarket close by, and being just a 7-minute walk from the historic old town made exploring Montepulciano effortless. If you are planning a trip, do not hesitate to book with them. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would love to return!"
