The open plan living/dining room is bright, spacious and comfortable. The cottage is well provisioned with plenty crockery and kitchenware, plus a dishwasher and washing machine. "Kevin’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed for two nights and the house was a great place to recharge during our across Scotland voyage. Downtown St. Andrews was only 1.3 miles away and many of us took advantage of the close proximity to walk into town and enjoy the nice summer weather. "

"The House was clear, well laid out and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything it needed and was large enough for everyone to sit or stand in. The property had a really cosy living room and each bedroom and bathroom was spacious and warm.It was all topped off with a virtually private beach to swim from and with an easy walk into town and the local restaurants and pubs.
