"石上神宮参拝に朝いちばんに　行きたかったので「やまべ」さんに泊まらせていただきました。素泊まりでしたので　多くは望まなかったしお値段がとてもリーズナブルだったので　それなりだと思います。おばちゃんが　親切でお話するのが楽しかったです。また　自転車を無料で借りられたので　石上神宮まで行くのがショートカットできてありがたかったです。でないと　けっこう歩くことになるので．．．また　天理に行くときには　お願いすると思います。"

"Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. "This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick. The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent. We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful. We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka."

"We booked a last‑minute stay at this hotel after a typhoon disrupted our original plans, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We reserved two triple rooms; the beds are twin‑size by American standards, so each room comfortably fits three people. After checking in, we stopped by the bar for drinks and food, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The hotel’s amenities and overall design were outstanding—modern, convenient, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s also in a great location: close to Namba Station and the JR line, and about a 12‑minute walk to the Dotonbori area. Our rooms had incredible views, and even though we could hear the storm winds outside, the comfort of the hotel made it easy to relax. There’s a 7‑Eleven inside the building, which was extremely convenient. The hot tub and pool are located on the top floor, though there is an additional fee to use them. The onsen is free, but note that it follows traditional Japanese customs—no swimsuits allowed—so be prepared if you’re not familiar with onsen etiquette. Checkout is at 10 a.m., and the hotel offers free luggage storage. A tip: the line for luggage storage starts forming around 9 a.m., and many guests wait until right at 10 to drop their bags, so plan accordingly. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers, solo visitors, couples, and families. Highly recommended."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka. What impressed me most was the staff. Every interaction—from the front desk to the luggage team, bellhops, and attendants outside the hotel—was friendly, professional, and highly attentive. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, and this was one of the best hospitality teams I’ve experienced. The location is excellent. Situated near Osaka Castle in a business district, the hotel is surrounded by cafés and convenience stores, while Osaka-jōkōen Station is right next door for easy access to the rest of the city. Another highlight was Patisserie Satsuki in the lobby. The croissants and cream puffs were phenomenal and among the best I’ve ever had. While I didn’t personally order room service, my friends—both serious food lovers—raved about the quality of the food and said it was excellent. The only downside is that parts of the hotel feel a bit dated. My first room had limited convenient outlets for charging devices, and I ended up unplugging a lamp to charge my phone. However, the second room I stayed in was more updated, suggesting the hotel is actively renovating portions of the property. Despite the dated feel in some areas, I would gladly stay here again. The outstanding staff, excellent food, and convenient location far outweigh any shortcomings, making Hotel New Otani Osaka an easy recommendation."

"The staff was polite and helpful they helped us with anything we needed. The room is small, difficult to control air conditioning, has a smell of humidity, our room has a view to a wall. One of the four elevators was in maintenance but another one wasn't respecting timing or had trouble reading with their laser because the doors would close hard. Location is good for walking to dontobori or taking a train/subway to anywhere in osaka."
