"Good value for money, helpful staff, exactly as described and shown on the website and only a short walk to Vatican City. A bit hard to find for a first-time traveller because it's on the fourth floor of a bank building with no obvious signage and no reception area, but the guy who answered the phone spoke perfect English and gave clear directions."

"The apartment is nice. The living room and kitchen area is a common area shared between 3 guest rooms rented separately with a bathroom in each room. The rooms are a nice size, the bed wasn't very comfortable. I rented here because I thought I was getting the whole apartment without other guests, because I needed to do laundry on our trip. "When I was there they were remodeling the lobby and the bar area and making upgrades to a lot of things, once the remodeling is finished it will be beautiful, the hotel is in walking distance to everything had such a nice stay & vacation 👍"

"Excellent hotel. We were very impressed with everything overall. The Receptionist was kind and very informative. Room was very clean with tv and usb charging points for mobile phones next to the bedside tables. Bathroom had very good absorbent towels and shower worked perfectly. Bathroom also had large bottles of shampoo, body wash and body lotion that they refill. Free wifi. Also breakfast was a buffet of a variety of pastries, hot options, fruit and hot and cold drinks... loved breakfast. Lastly, the is very well located as you can take the metro or bus to the Vatican or you can walk if you want to... its like a 25 minute walk. It was just such a great hotel. We are so happy with our stay there. Thank you very much for the great service at this hotel!!!"

"AMAZING hotel, staff, and stay. Emanuele checked me into the hotel. He was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed in 6 different hotels on this vacation. Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have!
