The room was not what you booked according to the webpage. You booked a room with three single beds for a couple. We gave you the option of a Queen bed that you took. The room has been freshly painted with new furniture, including the bed, and new flooring. I don't know what your perception of tied is. The lawns have been recently mowed, there are not weeds everywhere, We were on premises there was someone to help you with the internet if you asked. I understand you were disheartened that we could not reduce the price from your original booking as you were committed with the Agent. Kind regards Beydon

Thank you Roger for taking the time to review Aromet. Two thirds of the guest rooms have been renovated . You booked a room not renovated yet, You would notice some inadvertent results. People had an aversion to the original tiles. So we painted them until we can afford to update. Australia most trusted paint brand did not satisfy the need. We will likely just take it off. Some guests dismantle the taps to put things under the tap that they cant fit in the sink.. We did have small jugs that were very popular but were getting to expensive to keep replacing. The weeds grow here vigorously as much as we try to control them. The pool will be clean and ready well before October swimming season starts.

All rooms are cleaned before arrival We have a more stringent cleaning process since Covid. You chose a Room that is not Renovated yet. It is not freshly painted and the carpet is not new. However , it is fully cleaned as are all rooms. Regarding the outside of the property we have had heavy weather, but we have kept it presentable. Mowed the lawn and regularly cleaned the pool. It is understandable that you are going to acknowledge any imperfections ahead of the improvements. You arrived in a peak season, we were fully booked out. Thank you Larry for taking the time to review Aromet. I checked the bed appeared to be firm. Perhaps it was the bed topper that concerned you. You may have noticed it when you pulled apart the bed to check the mattress. The bed and mattress ensemble are not old The shower head is not old or inoperative, You may have been expecting a Shower set with a hand shower, to go with the mixer tap. The Towel Rail was damaged the morning you came, Could not be replaced in the timeframe. We did the next best thing take it off completely till we could. There was still a place to hang the towel. Preventative maintenance is carried out., Apologies I had no idea temporarily covering a hole in the wall was going to be an issue. Kind regards Beydon

That is our normal protocol .Most venues take deposits. The rubbish bins are not directly outside your room and are not within direct site of the room. and that area is kept clean. If you leave the front window open the Air-conditioner overworks and that causes the issue. The room is not that small (measurements are advertised) We are comparable with other venues in our region. From your comments it is likely you stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms. Unfortunately, we have not been able to continue with our project .We have been consistently booked out most of the time since the beginning of February this year. Apologies if something. was missed. Fifty percent of the guest rooms s have been renovated as well as resurfaced car park . When resources are available all will be renovated. To date all rooms have split air conditioners. New brighter LED lighting new Vanities with mixer taps , new smart TV's with free Netflix. Keyless Access Security to the rooms.
