"We had such a great stay in Kelowna! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything made our girls’ weekend so easy and relaxing. "Nice room, but pictures were a little misleading as we thought the room was 3 queens. Difficult time calling front desk to notify of late arrival, could only get through choosing reservations. Operational manager reached out regarding concerns and was exceptionally professional in addressing the issues! Potential of the hotel is extremely high with the right corrections moving forward. Believe the manager will guide staff towards the importance of the hospitality mentality that should be provided to foster the warmth that all customers should receive!"

"There are ants like crazy, I’m not sure if it was all rooms or just fine, you do get what you pay for though, the mirror was broken and shower looked quite stained, a good scrub moat definitely could’ve fixed it. Bedding was questionable, and had a few stains that looks suspect, but it wasn’t anything I was gonna throw a fit over, staff is okay, they got a different room for friends who had ants, but it was a downgrade and didn’t exactly look extremely prepped."
