"The room was decent. The AC worked well. Rooms with connecting room door arent even close to being sound proof. There was a hockey tournament happening when we were there and kids were playing hockey in the halls constantly. While the staff did tell them to stop it never lasted long. With being fairly full the breakfast room was not equipped to handle that amount of people. Didn’t get breakfast any of the days because I was Not about to deal With that. Would have been nice for the time to be extended to allow people to go a bit later when it wasn’t so crazy. The pull out sofa was terrible. Very uncomfortable, made noise with every movement. I ended Up sleeping on it not pulled out the second night it was so bad. "

"This property was great! I would stay again and I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to dig in the housekeepers closet to find an extra blanket and pillow for us. So friendly! The hotel room was very clean, lots of towels provided. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of options! The breakfast room was so clean! Convenient restrooms right across from the breakfast room. Great property! "

"Very nice and clean rooms with ample space. the breakfast buffet was very good, they even have breakfast bags available for those who have to leave without time to eat in the hotel. The staff are helpful, accomadating and friendly. To our surprise at our arrival there was a batch of fresh cookies put out for guests. Our room had a perfect view of beautiful mountains, and we could see airplanes landing and taking off but the airport is just far enough away that the noise is not at all bothersome. A very nice place to stay."

"Stayed a few nights. Great value. However, this place has seen better days. Once was a top place. Pub is closed, beer store was almost empty (stock), everything is old and dated. Location is great and the room was satisfactory for getting some rest."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Eldorado. Our room was very clean, and the view of the lake was beautiful! However, the armchair in the room could use an update. We used the hot tub, which was relaxing after a day of skiing. The continental breakfast was great, with a beautiful presentation. We were surprised by the cost of two days of parking and thought the resort fee was excessive, but was made aware of it when booking. "
