Amazing hotel on a lovely estate!
Amazing hotel on a lovely estate. Great food and wine and service! Natella restaurant was delicious. Great to walk around the estate or enjoy the rooftop pool or just enjoy the view with some wine.

Radisson Collection Tsinandali Estate is an incredible secret hidden away in Georgia’s Kakheti Region. We stayed 2 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. It helps the weather was perfect - but combine that with tasty food, top class wine and a private park to stroll through before or after meals - it was a perfect escape for our family.

Awesome place for Friends Reunion

This hotel is at one of the major tourist sites in the region, the building and rooms are simply stunning. One of the nicest places I have stayed. The food was very good - even the room service was amazing. The only downside is that getting taxis from the hotel was more difficult than it should have been - they want you to use their travel service which is extremely overpriced for Georgia.

Great luxury hotel in Tsinandali, Kakheti The amenities are very good Superb breakfast , and good library bar and restaurant. The only reason I didn't give 10 is the lack of TV channels in English.

The hotel offers a lovely interior design but mediocre food and service that is visibly overpriced. One of the dishes we ordered for dinner this evening was a cheese platter. Before ordering, I have enquired about one of the cheeses listed as part of the platter. The waiter explained what that meant and how that cheese variety would look. I was intrigued. The cheese platter arrived. Three out of five cheeses smelt and tasted weird, the kind of taste you would have when leaving the cheese in the fridge, uncovered, for quite a bit. Further, the cheese we enquired about and the one listed the first on the menu, as part of the cheese selection, was *not* on the platter. We enquired about both issues with the waiter and who we thought was the head waiter or the manager without any resolution. Additionally, the food and drinks were obviously I overpriced. The menu items did not include 18% VAT which we saw later on the bill added to the menu prices. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the hotel, considering that the hotel restaurant and the bar were the only options available for dinner/drinks.

Incredible new hotel!
It's an amazing new hotel in a beautiful Kakheti region. I was celebrating my birthday in this short trip and staff was so kind to congratulate me with bubbles and sweets upon arrival. They have nice spa area with free sauna, steam room and outdoor heated pool. But main advantage is a view to the mountains. Interior design is unique, thought out to the smallest detail. The hotel is a bit remote from shops etc. so if you are not driving, make sure you have all is needed with you. There are 2 restaurants on the territory. One is serving local and European food and another is French. We, unfortunately, didn't know about existence of French one and discovered it after dinner. It would be great to get this information at the reception during the check-in.

Incompetence at it's best
A new hotel and unbelievably incompetent staff. Two of the nights there was no hot water, staff could not communicate properly, cleaning staff stole my airpods and then only after extreme persistence and police involvement did they magically find them.

The loss of your ear pods and sunglasses took some times due the fact that they were in the bathrobes that was already in the dirty linen and ask our team member to search all the bathrobes. We will definitely improve the communication because it should have been explained. We do not recall the involvement of the police but we would like to reinsure you that the security of our guest is our priority and all our resources were involved to return your item safely. We will continue the necessary training with our staff to ensure that we will become better. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Das Problem ist wie so oft der Service. Das Restaurant im Untergeschoss klappt super. Die Bar beim Pool klappt nicht. Wir warteten 30 min. auf unsere Bestellung und dann wurde was Falsches gebracht. Die Rechnung wurde ohne Unterschrift einfach weitergeben was dann an der Rezeption zu Problemen führte. Am 2. Tag musste 4 Mal interveniert werden bis dann um 18:00 Uhr endlich das Zimmer gereinigt war.

Çok güzel bir otel, lokasyonu harika, Prens Aleksander'ın ikmaetgahı ve bahçesi bir harika! Balkon kapılarına sineklik ve sivrisineğe karşı ilaçlama / cihaz lazım. Yemekte canlı müzik çok güzel, ama porsiyonlar biraz küçük. Kahvaltı 10 tam puan !

One of the BEST experience
We had a very bad trip from Tbilisi to Telavi. But when we arrived at the hotel, we forgot everything. We had a really good experience from check-in to check-out. We will visit Tsinandali again just to stay at this hotel one more time. But next time we'll stay with our friends.
