Embassy Hotel Tel Aviv
I’ve stayed several times at this hotel and it is always clean and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of view from the windows, but otherwise I think it is one of the best “budget” options in the area.

We have stayed here several times. Excellent location and if you book a balcony room the views are terrific. Great breakfast, very extensive. But it is now looking very tired and a bit unloved.
