"We were at the hotel with a child over the weekend. We can say that overall there is value for money. The hotel is located in a central area close to cafes/restaurants. The staff was helpful and welcoming. There is breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel. There is paid parking - $30. The parking lot is quite crowded. Overall it was enjoyable, and thanks to the staff."

"The hotel manger hazi was a bully .refused to change sheets or clean was rude and obnoxious was threatening to call police because i requested to change my sheets .claimed screaming that he has to take out laundry there for u can’t dirty at all .he gave me torn sheets and put stains on my sheets ! He refused to send housekeeping even for light clean .there were days no one even came ?! I was tired of moving four suitcases I took the abuse ! I was shock of how hazi the manger can and will bully a guest ! He refused to fix the safe. The safe was making noises the whole day and stay . I requested about 100 times to please allow me to put my belongings in my safe, but they refuse service because the manager told them even the cleaning people did not understand why he’s so against the customer. I was really afraid my stay was horrible just because of one person the other people were nice, but they were not managers. The only reason I stayed in a place that he turns off my Air Condition because he can control it from downstairs. I sometimes couldn’t sleep because of no air condition and I took all this abuse is because I was just exhausted. I was stuck in Isreal for over three months and I had four suitcases. Just imagine a manager controls the air condition and makes you not have one just because you can control it from downstairs. I did not sleep for nights because I was hot unbelievable.!"

"They asking for a deposit which is unreal from regular customer who is an Israeli citizen and just in TLV to work not a tourist. They charging outrageous price for 9 hours of sleep 64 dollars for just a bed. Stay away from this place not worth the money nor the deposit. I got my money back and wasn’t there but for next times I won’t even make a reservation , too much money for nothing plus deposit. "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet and good location, close to the city center. These days it hosts a lot of families so it is not as quiet and peaceful as it was last time we visited. Especially since it hosts families whose houses were demaged in the war. "

"The most beautiful beach view which was a soothing gift during this horrible war. To see the sea and the wind surfers brought a bit of normal back into the world and a measure of inner peace. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and adequately equipped. It is also very safe with a bomb shelter on the the level below the lobby which is easy to access. The sauna works, the gym was quite good and it is near to shops and restaurants. "
