Great position, but flat needs some attention.

Flat 249. The good points - lovely position overlooking pretty gardens next to Marina. Good size balcony gets the sun afternoon/evening. Corner view of the excellent swimming pool. Sofa comfortable. Bad points - kitchen equipment had not been checked before our stay. As soon as we plugged the kettle in, all the fuses blew. Boiled up water in a saucepan, but handle very wobbly and dangerous. No toaster. Only small kitchen knives provided - no larger knives for chopping, no bread knife, no chopping board. Owner contacted and by next day, we had new kettle, saucepans, frying pans, knives, chopping board and sandwich maker. Also a hairdryer, which had not been provided, so much better equipped. Not suitable for someone who wishes to cook a lot as lack of cupboards and work surfaces - had to prepare food on table. No oven, 2 hob rings, microwave (plus sandwich maker). Bathroom ok, but only one towel rail behind toilet - nothing by sink and no hooks on the door. Bed comfortable, but furniture mis-matched and hinge on one wardrobe door faulty so didn't close properly. Good air conditioning. Had difficulty operating TV as only 1 controller provided. Internet was unreliable and kept dropping out. Couldn't use it on balcony.

The description of the apartment marched the lobby and the outside of the building definitely not the inside. Tv did not work, floors were filthy, the bathtub had rust on outside and the toilet seat was not installed properly.there was one bed and a couch where even a teen would not fit. The only benefit was the location.

I can’t say more about a this great hidden gem in Herzliya Pituach! What made it most incredible were the owners Nomi and Ron! Amazing people and amazing location right on the Marina! Strange lost in the translation experience

It is an apartment, not a hotel room or suite. They had poor heating but I did get a space heater. The strangest thing was they came to the apartment unannounced at 10:30 PM to collect payment. I thought I paid for it on the Hotels.com website I hope I didn't get charged twice.... I was alone with my daughter and it was very awkward as I was in my pajamas. Then I was told that there was an additional $100 fee for maid service this was not mentioned anywhere when I made my reservation on Hotels.com Then they were not happy that I wanted to use my credit card, they wanted cash, which I did not have. The local area is spectacular and beautiful.

Simply excellent

This is a super apartment with a small garden and terrace located right on the Marina in Herzliya. Restauarants, Cafes, supermarket and a shopping mall are all within 3 minutes walking. Apartment is clean and there is a nice pool and good gym on site. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a parking space. About 20-30 minutes by taxi into Tel Aviv. Owners are really friendly and helpful. Easy access!
