Expensive for its worth, but clean rooms, I got a room on 6th floor which was really quiet and its great to have that. good smell, great stuff, except for them calling me and blaming me for smoking in my room (I didn't , especially not in a room with no open window.) and wanted to fine me around $170 for that. the morning after a friend of mine who booked another room said to me that in the morning his room had a terrible smell of cigarettes, when he called the lobby they told him that the smell goes through the main ventilation system and spreads across the rooms in the same floor . which gets me to the next question, if they know that they have this problem in the first place, why would they even bother to try and blame me for smoking and not any other room ?

Worst value for money you can find
Wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone to be frank. Let's start at the beginning, shall we? One of the main reason we booked this hotel was because of the parking. As we arrived we talked to the manager about the parking. He was VERY RUDE and told us there is in fact no parking available and it's our problem we didn't check beforehand (he was rude to other customers as well). The rooms don't have coffee or tea or a kettle or something to warm water. There is no way to control venting in the bathroom. Etc.... To summarize you pay for an above average hotel and get a WAY below average hotel in return. The view from our room was nice though. Would never go back to that hotel in my life

Thank you for the stay! Overall everything was good, I think I might be back. Here’s my list of pros and cons: Pros: - location was great, very central but still quiet mostly - Loved having slippers and a robe - Loved that it was very clean and their daily housecleaning was high quality - Loved the light decor and having Netflix - Breakfast was good and the service there was lovely, felt really welcomed - Business lounge was a nice perk for business travel, as the room is small I spent quite a bit of time there - As a solo female business traveller, I felt safe Cons: - Service was surprisingly bad. I messaged them 4 times during the week before my arrival, no reply. Finally got one reply in Hebrew. As this was my first interaction with them, I felt nervous about arriving. Also thought about changing hotels before because of their unresponsiveness. The person checking me in was nice. When I was checking out, there was no more in the reception for 15 min. Small things, won’t prevent me from coming back but would hope they would focus on these: - Pillows were horrible, so soft that your head goes right through - Only one usb that didn’t work, fridge didn’t work - Lights operated by touch but the touchpad is bright blue, even when all lights are off. You can’t get the room dark at all. - No hooks in the room for a coat or anything etc - Business lounge could open earlier. 10 am is a bit late. I understand they don’t want people to go there instead of breakfast but the

We arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in and was asked to return after an hour, which was okay. It was a different person manning the check-in when we returned and he was very dismissive so we ended up moving to another hotel.

Great location and very helpful staff. Business lounge is a big plus. Comfortable rooms, though small. The lobby is bright and cheerful and gives a very nice feeling every time you return to the hotel.

Stay is ok but noisy.
Super convenient but very noisy. Don’t stay on the lower levels and better to face the sea. At checkin I asked for a quiet room but the reception said it was full. Asked me to check with them the next day but was told it was only noisy during the weekend.. it would stop. But no it didn’t. After not resting well for 3 days I insisted on switching room which they did. It was much bigger but not any quieter. I also found abit of hair in the first room. I did like the loccitaine shampoo etc which they topped up daily. Don’t expect superb customer service. That said it was convenient but not something to recharge

My worst experience staying at a hotel ever! Everything was so dirty everywhere at the hotel. Room. Shower. Business lounge EVERYTHING Loud music playing from the rooftop club next door was so loud I couldn’t sleep at night. Will never come back here

My room was on the 8th floor nice comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. The lounge on the 10th floor had great views plus drinks and snacks and it was worth the cost. Staff were polite and helpful when i needed assistance. I arrived early and got into my room right away. Station Ha Hagana is 10-15 minutes away. Hotel great location on rothschild avenue close to allenby avenue and carmel market. Would stay there again.

The staff was really not nice and the only person who was helpful was the bellboy. The rooms are quite small, even for Tel Aviv and our mini bar made a very loud noise, that we needed to ask it to be disconnected (it wasn't even full, so what's the point).

Front desk staff were often missing; it took me two days and four requests to get a teapot; the cleaner was not as though as we would have liked and did not give us soap. The executive lounge did not stock water and the halls were dark. The location was great and the view from the window in our room was exceptional.
