"Great staff, sweet pool, bar all overlooking beach."

"Staff was quick to respond and very helpful through text. Very clean room, note there are ear plugs to use for sleep. With that said understand you are staying in a local community. They party all night, and you will hear it. We didn't mind. Room had beach chairs and towels for use which was a great extra!"

"There were several pools. One with a swim up bar, infinity pool, lounging area and hot tub. Shaded areas in the pool were an amazing feature. The second pool area has a beach like entrance and was geared towards families. Very inpressed."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough positive things about it!! We had an Oceanside room. It was spotless clean. The staff was SO friendly — especially the bellboys who drive you around the resort. Food was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!! "

"The pools were nice, the room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker, a blow-dryer or any of the usual amenities. There were shared microwaves in the hall but no means of cooking in your room. The restaurant was excellent and you can easily share a meal as portions are large. The staff are friendly and when the wifi wasn't working they called the company and got it back up the next day. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would give it 4.5 stars out of 5."

"Rooms were clean, air conditioners were very effective, wash rooms were neat. We were on the upper level hence had to carry luggage but as were travelling light it was fine. "
