The pool was filthy and the room was not clean we encountered a few roaches. The breakfast was mid at best. When i went to check in there was nobody at the desk and it took like 10 mins before someone came to check me in. When we checked out she was there and she was pleasant.

Reservation made through Hotels.com but it did not show up on our Hotels.com App so another reservation was made at the hotel upon arrival. No double check by the clerk, so had double charge. Very poor customer service.
