"My only issue is about room size, rooms are small but cozy, (Sophia our house keeper was above and beyond, 10stars for her), restaurante servers were outstanding, no complaints, excellent food and drinks, thanks to all staff our stay was nice."
"The hotel is awesome and the staff is amazing. The area is right next to the cathedral and you can safely walk around. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and also food and drinks from the coffee shop. I will definitely be back "
"The breakfast menu was superb. As a premium guest you also get access to the 12th floor lounge which gave you wonderful views of the city and was fairly quiet. The premium room was lovely and had everything we needed. On the last day we even noticed staff cleaning the luggage carts. Their attention to detail was noticeable and the staff were very friendly. This hotel played a huge role in our overall experience visiting CDMX for the first time. Because of this, we intend on staying in Barcelo hotels from here on out. "
