"The room's bathroom was too small- there was no where to hang out wet togs and towels. Pool gate and area could use a update and refresh. and the curtains are too see through, for $300 per night I was expecting a bit more in the room, but staff were great. Prices for a toated sandwich and salad and fried expensive."

"We loved our log cabin, it was very spacious, the only thing that let it down was the bedspread smelled horrible so I suspect it hadn’t been washed in a long time. I ended up taking the duvet off the spare bunk bed because I thought I was going to gag. The kitchen facilities and bathrooms are great. The hot pools are awesome and the main reason I stay here. I note that the tv wasn’t working in the tv room and there was a note telling people to use the tv in the games room instead, but when my daughter went there at 8.05pm it was locked, so that was disappointing. "Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it. Cheap but dated. Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that. Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs. Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook. "
