Amazing room

We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome and made to feel at home immediately. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. There was an extensive variety of mouth watering options for breakfast. Overall we had a wonderful weekend an our hosts were awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay. A beautifully maintained and well appointed property. Extremely helpful staff.

Great location - walking distance to both the town centre and the lake. The place was clean and the staff friendly.

Room has been freshly renovated and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the manager was very accommodating.

If you are thinking about going to Te Anau, this place is a MUST! The rooms were beautiful, super clean, cosy and private. The host here are friendly, helpful and cook a great breakfast. There is no where else that I would book in this area.

Awesome place if you’re out these ways. Philippa and Rob are amazing hosts. We got a garden view room with a lovely view. Convenient location. The hosts let us park at theirs while we were on the overnight cruise in Doubtful Sound. Breakfast was included and it was a clocked breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Great location right on the waters the cabins were very clean. It is an additional charge to use the spa and it needs to be booked (might be useful if they tell you this information when you check in). Would recommend

Motel situated a block off the Lake and walking distance to town is 10 minutes. There is a walkway through to Lake. Motel is clean, kitchen facilities are basic but sufficient. Plenty of coffee and tea provided. Bikes and BBQ's available and there is also a coin operated laundry. $4 wash and $4 dryer. Car parks a little narrow but overall a good place to stay

A magical spot like no other, well worth staying at Possum Lodge for this alone…Highly recommend!

We stayed for one night. Looked & felt new, beds were really comfy and shower pressure was amazing. Cafes, restaurants & golf cour are all about a 5min drive. Wi-Fi signal was non-existant in the room so we had to stand outside to use it. A couple extra pillows would have been great. The fridges are tiny so can't fit much in them. Overall, fantastic place and would gladly stay again.

Great hotel and so central to town. Very friendly and helpful staff No lift but the staff had a lift for the luggage to get to the second floor. Advertised as sitting area in room. When we got there the 2 chairs and table were shoved up against the window. Took me a while to realise when moved it actually was a sitting area and quite good. All in all a nice place to stay
