Excellent stay
Lovely property 5 mins drive from the centre of town. Very clean, lovely outlook over the mountains. Lots of little extras in the pantry, washing powder etc which made it home from home. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at many holiday homes and own one ourselves, but this home was right up there with the best. Clean, comfortable and cosy, but a fridge and pantry full of food, plus all the little things eg toys for the kids, that’s what sets this home apart.

Overall good . We run out of hot water , no gas bottle on site to swap . Have to wait and she didn’t allow extended stay so we need to go without shower on last day.

Thank you for your review. When you phoned us about the gas we did apologize about this and as you are aware we had someone come around and connect the new gas bottle which was in the garage within the half hour which would have still given you time to have showers. As I also explained on the phone, we had other people checking in that afternoon and were unable to offer you a late checkout as our cleaner needed to come in and get the house ready for them. I'm not sure if you realised but you left the house all unlocked when you departed. Thanks

Just like home!
This property is all about comfort and certainly makes you feel at home the minute you walk inside. It caters for couples and families with a well stocked pantry and kitchen. There are toys, books games, dvd's...the kids will have no shortage of things to do! It is easily accessible to the CBD, restaurants and lovely walks. This property is a credit to the owners.

Beautiful house in Te Anau
We were two families with school-age children traveling through New Zealand. This is a beautiful modern house that is well located. My only complaint is that the heat from the two mini splits did not reach the master bedroom very well. We also had some confusion with the hot water heating system, and took at least one cold shower.

Thank you for your review, sorry to hear that you had trouble with the gas hot water, it's a shame you didn't contact us and we could have sorted this for you. There was plenty of gas so I am wondering if there was a power cut at some stage which would mean you would need to push the power button on the control panel in the kitchen, bathroom or ensuite. We have always found that the two heatpumps heat the house sufficiently but I understand the weather was quite cold and snowing when you stayed, we do provide extra blankets if people need then and electric blankets on all the beds. Hope the rest of your trip around NZ went well

Family Getaway
We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. The mountain views were spectacular, especially when it snowed a little overnight! Handy to walk along the lake and make the most of the pristine environment. We would highly recommend this home to a large family or group of friends. Thank you for hosting us!

A luxury house
We had a lovely stay here with overseas guests. The house is a little way from the town centre but we had a car so driving was no problem and and early morning walk into town along the lakeside was a beautiful way to start the day. The kitchen was surprisingly and generously well-stocked with food staples. This was the end of our holiday and so hopefully we left more food in the pantry and freezer than we had used. Thank you for sharing such a lovely house with us.

Superb!!
This home was 👏 AWESOME. So clean, tidy, comfortable & in such a beautiful spot! All the facilities & rooms were immaculate 👌🏽. We're most definitely going to use this home again but, we'll be sure to stay for longer this time. Also Kathryn was amazing to communicate with!! No delays, fast responses to texts and answered her fone every time. 5 star service The!! The worst part about this place was having to leave.

A very well appointed, presented and clean property. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. What didn't like: charged twice for it by the companies managing the let: Expedia and Vrbo and them not knowing. We are about to start chasing them for a refund!

Very impressive. Clean, tidy, comfortable with everything provided from a porta cot to a coffee maker. First time users of book a batch and were all delighted and overwhelmed by the high quality of facilities and service provided to cater to all of our needs, from Grandparents to our youngest grandbaby of 8 months. Lovely clean warm home
Absolutely loved staying in this house. It was lovely a clean and warm when we arrived. It has absolutely everything you need there. I was traveling for work but my family came with me including my 2 year old son; and they had a portacot and so many toys which he loved playing with. The pantry is well stocked with basic items which was very helpful so we didn’t have to buy sugar and butter etc which would have been wasted after such a short stay. Thanks so much for having us!

Amazing stay with everything you need
Family of 10 travelling around south New Zealand and this ended being our favourite accommodation. The house was well thought out and had everything a guest needs. AC was good and everyone slept comfortably and cool in the hot summer. There were cereal, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, bacon etc provided. Storage bags were a huge benefit especially since we packed lunch for our trip to Milford sound. Good information provided about the surrounding are and owners were easy to contact.

Te Anua and Milford Sound Stay
We had a lovely two night Stay enjoying Te Ania and the Milford sound. The cleanliness and location of the property was perfect. Short walk to both the lake and the town. The 4 bedrooms meant everyone got there own room and slept great. Highly recommended stay

Fabulous, well designed, clean and tidy property. Great location near the lake walkway - 15 mins walk into town. Dramatic views from the lounge and outdoor eating area. Kathryn has thought of everything you could need including toys, baby items and pantry accessories . We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning.
