LA Paradise Apartments at Kote Afkhazi street 17 is located in the historic center of Old Tbilisi, you are just a few steps from everything that this wonderful city has to offer. Our place is really heart of tourist zone. Near this apartment are central shops, cafes-restaurants and entertainment centers. The house is perfect. Much more beautiful than in the photos.
Tbilisi International Airport is located 15 km away

LA Paradise Apartment is 130 m2, completely new, modern, fully comfortable and is the best in this area. The best view of old Tbilisi.
Guest access
The house is new and modern, with two bedrooms (17 and 14 m2, one kitchen – 14 m2, one big bathroom -15 m2, two common space – 37 and 27 m2, two balcony – 3-3 m2). The apartment has all the electric conveniences, a large plasma TV with 170 English and Russian canals, free Wi-Fi. Comfortable, quality furniture, comfortable bathroom, accessories for the bathroom (shampoo, soap, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) Coffee, tea, sugar, water and oil for free. One bottle the best Georgian wine as gift. Ideally suited for 4 persons but can fit up to 8 (there are two folding sofa beds in the common areas).
You can do laundry in the apartment, using the washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, includes coffeemaker.
Interaction with guests
Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you have any questions regarding the apartment or planning your holidays. The check in time is 14:00 PM and check out time is 12PM, but if we know at least approximate time of your arrival and departure, we will try change your check in and check out times, as we can.
