"the bathroom smells, there are ants everywhere, there are stains everywhere, and the paint is falling off the walls. The door to the patio does not lock, so the next door person could come in any time. There isn't a safe in the room. The light flickers in the bathroom. The water doesn't get very hot. "Stayed here 3 nights. Property is nice and staff were very helpful. Everything is as you would expect. Not deluxe but not bad at all. Comfy bed with clean sheets. Only complaint is there was a weird smell in the room, but for the price I would definitely stay here again. Amazing location"

"I only stayed one night in Ho Chi Minh for transit but I was happy with my choice of accommodation. The room was clean and confortable and the owner/staff was lovely. She even helped book me a moto taxi. For that price I couldn't have asked for more and I would definitely come back 😊"

"I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia.
