Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

Well what can we say! From the moment we arrived till when we left it was VIP treatment all the way through!
One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Exceptional service and such good value for money.
We struggled with the noise from street first couple of nights but hotel offered us a different room which was much quieter.
Food and drinks were good value and breakfast had a lot of options.
Service from Mary, Lisa, Shang Kao, Tayler, Xing and the rest of the team was exceptional. We will definitely be back
