Bon sejour et accueil chaleureux malgré tout de même un manque sur certains équipements dans la chambre (pas de brosse de toilettes, pas de micro-ondes et de mini frigo), mise à part ces petits couac, nous avons passé un bon moment

Chambre confortable et bien isolée. Juste un lavabo un peu bouché et une serviette de toilette avec des taches. Très bon séjour malgré tout. Pratique d’avoir la zone commerciale à proximité ainsi que les échangeurs autoroutiers. Recommande.

2eme fois dans cet hôtel. La 1ere fois s’était très bien passé, mais cette fois, le service à table a été très (trop) long. Je pense que nos desserts avaient été omis. Dommage. Je réessaye cet établissement mardi en espérant que ça se passe mieux sinon j’irai ailleurs pour mes prochains déplacements professionnels (pourtant très réguliers dans ce secteur).

problems with receptionists

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. He didn't meet us or even say hello when we came in. He was busy having a personal conversation with a visitor about personal matters. This is unacceptable. We had to wait a long time and while the children wanted to sleep. This is impolite towards new residents of this hotel. The second receptionist was so busy in the kitchen that we had to wait a long time for the demagnetized keys to be renewed. The whole vacation was wonderful, except for the receptionists.

L’accueil était formidable de la part d’un monsieur de jour, j’ai prolonger mon séjour le lendemain y’avais une femme qui était juste formidable qui m’a proposer si je voulais changer de chambre ? Pour plus de confort ? Du jamais vue. Acceuil 5/5 juste connexion à vérifier et marcher pied nu dans la chambre pas possible, aspirateur pas passer mais j’aime campanile mon hôtel préféré. ENFIN RENOVE

Je viens de temps en temps (raison familiale) dans le secteur, et ma dernière visite il y a quelques mois j'avais trouvé l'établissement terriblement vieilli et en mauvaise état et un accueil négligeant. Heureuse SURPRISE l'établissement a été rénové, relooké plus moderne et les nouveaux gérants très affables et serviables. Le parking est enfin fermé de jour comme de nuit. BRAVO et MERCI
