"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!"

"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious.
I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "
