Location close to the action which was good but the road noise was awful. Shower had very poor pressure and temperature changed often if someone from another unit ran the tap. If you like a good shower then pick somewhere else. Parking outside the room was good.

This motel has new young Kiwi owners who have just finished renovations - the rooms are beautiful and freshly decorated. It's a great location - walking distance to a huge range of restaurants and bars and the beach and Mount. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay with family , thought place was better than what could make up from website when booked. Enjoyed staying overnight with family. 4 stars because couple of things -Body Wash in bathroom dispenser was not working and plumbing was jamming a bit in sink- however did not bother so decided not to escalate to staff.
