"Out of the main area of tokyo with not alot of dining options and really nothing to do around the hotel. But hotel was super nice with a ton of free amenities including a 24 hour bar where you can just help yourself. Rooms were really nice too :) great atmoshepe like a little bali paradise. next time I will stay in shinjinku area at the Bali-an which is the way to go!"

"There isn’t too much directly around the hotel, but if you walk for 10-15 minutes north-west there’s a great shopping area. Room was massive with a queen sized bed, and it was relatively clean, staff were kind and helpful."

"The area is surrounded by great places to eat and shop within walking distance while away from the massive crowds characteristic of other parts of the city. The breakfast was simple but outstanding and delicious. "

"Room was very clean, area was quiet at all times of day and the surrounding area has wonderful food options with a grocery store directly across the street that is open late."
"Great location, nice spacious room, good AC, comfy beds, good water pressure in shower, quiet area which made it possible to sleep with the window a bit open, friendly and helpful staff."
"I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that but the check-in was easy with helpful & considerate staff. The rooms are small but very clean & comfortable. You have more than everything you need for your stay. Very nice bedding & the bathrooms were in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with the room & would recommend to anyone staying in this area. Also, the room was very quiet. I didn't hear any road noise when the window was shut.

"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay. "
"We loved this place! We were in Japan for 2 weeks and this was our favorite place that we stayed. It has good beds, a heater in the bathroom, a washer, kitchen with everything you need to cook, great instructions on how to get into the building, no loud neighbors and everything was wonderful. The only problem is the location. It is not close to a JR line, so if you buy the JR pass, you'll either need to walk 40 minutes to the nearest JR station or pay extra money to ride the local line.
Other than that one super minor thing, it was perfect. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again, no questions asked.
We also really loved the neighborhood and the food options close by. The best Ramen of our trip was a 5 minute walk away."
