"Do not stay here! As I had stayed here a few years ago, I didn’t read recent reviews. The motel is used for somewhere to stay for homeless people.
The room was poorly maintained, unclean and nothing like pictures shown.
The random people coming and going through the night, with no consideration to guests paying for accommodation made it very difficult to sleep.
This motel should not be allowed to be used for paid guest accommodation.
Avoid at all costs."

We stayed for 3 nights in total and we loved it. The manager was fantastic, quickest and easiest check-in ever! The room was lovely, bright and clean. We had a dog friendly room on the ground floor which had a patio door accessing a lovely grassed area for the dogs to play. Our only critique would be the scent in the room which we found slightly overpowering. We loved the local Canoe Point off leash dog beach and were so impressed by the surrounding amenities. Room was very clean, comfortable beds with clean sheets. Room tastefully decorated and still pet friendly. Easy access location being right on the highway.

Close to the heart of Gladstone, 2minutes drive from CQU campus, clean room, lovely hotel staff, really nice bathroom, foxtel, airconditioning, large room, was given milk upon arrival - couldn't be happier with my stay. Will not only recommend to friends but would also stay in this Motel again

This is a really great place to over-night in Gladstone if you are taking the ferry to Heron Island! The room was fine for this kind of stay, and there was a good breakfast on offer. But the real bonus is the really excellent pool and spa. My seven year old loved the pool on a hot summer's evening, and I really appreciated the spa after several hours driving! Would definitely stay here again in future!

It was easy to book on line. The breakfast was a great feature - plenty of choice, fresh, and no limit to what you required. The room was a good size and had all that you would need for an overnight stay
