"Room was a little smaller than we thought. Staff at the check in counter was nice. Staff at the eating diner not so much, long wait for foods at times because one person working and when brought up to "manager" they went and "talked" with them in the back but they never came back to give us the food. You pay at a register after you gather all the food you want. The convience of the hotel being on the bus route was great to get around, walking around you got to see wildlife. Overall the property was okay. Wish they had carts to help assist getting luggage upstairs. We had to take several trips as we stayed several days."

"Great stay for 8 children -4 to 15 ages and 2 adults. Rollaway beds helpful to reduce cost. Restaurants within walking distance and grandcanyon within 10 minutes. Pool small but decent size and jacuzzi available. Buffet breakfast with great selections at decent price. Highly recommended by my family."
