"Very pleasant stay! We were planning to stay at another international 5-star nearby , but it was full so we booked this one instead mainly because of the swimming pool.
It’s a good surprise to us! The room is big, Gael maintained facilities and very good service comparing to intercontinental hotel nearby.
Good service overall, but not perfect. I went to the front to ask if we can borrow a knife for cutting fruits, the young lady replied impassively that it’s not available without any intention to help out. It’s a 5-star hotel and there’re multiple kitchens behind, I strongly felt being fooled. Therefore I took one star off for the service.
