"Beautiful property loved my room "

"The room was clean. Towels and linens were good. The tiniest shower - I'm a small female, and it was too small for me, so keep that in mind if you are average or larger/taller. The walls are very, very, very thin. Heard every voice and noise next door (and the neighbors weren't being ruckus, but literally can hear everything as if they were in my room). I keep a construction strength earplugs in my travel bag so that was super useful - recommend you pack a set. I only stayed one night, just needed a place to crash overnight to attend an evening event. So the hotel served its purpose for the right price. Big bonus - dog friendly! "

"My husband and I have been coming to the Seahorse for quite a while. It is one our favorite places to stay. Our room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff has always been kind and helpful. The location across from Jeanette’s pier, the beach, Sam and Omie’s, ice cream and Calhoun’s makes walking distance very convenient."

"We had an ocean front room with the historic wood paneling. It was charming and comfortable. I loved having the ocean access. The only complaint came from my teenage companion. She was surprised at the lack of outlets for charging her many electronic devices. Myself, this was to be expected and I didn't stress over it! I will definitely stay here again when visiting the OBX. Thanks so much!"

"The property is a 2 minute walk to touch the ocean, which you can hear from the porches as waves crash. The kitchen has some views of the sound. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay (and could have accommodated a full week if we tried). There was abundant natural light thanks to windows every where possible, and the ambient lighting in the house made it feel luxurious. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and tidy, and kitchen had everything we needed and more. Overall, this is one of the best properties we’ve had the benefit of enjoying, and it was a great last minute deal. "
