"We had a family gathering here in August ‘25. 15 of us were able to spread out and be comfortable. The pool, outdoor decks, and pool tables were all used every day. Hurricane Erin was a bummer for going to the beach, but we were all safe at the house, so it’s a good location. Just a footnote, some of the text in the description states pyramid bunks were removed and replaced with a king. There’s still pyramid bunks and a bunk room on the first floor, great for families with kids. Thanks. "

"Semi-beachfront is accurate—it’s a guest house behind a larger beachfront house. While small, there was a place for everything & everything went in its place. Very serviceable for me, my wife and our Labrador. Private driveway, deck with outdoor shower and ample yard made it live larger than its modest size. Beware though, loft is virtually unusable due to low ceiling and lack of air conditioning. All in all, we enjoyed it very much."
