"Large hotel close to falls and border for Argentina. Check-in was very slow. Small room. Comfortable bed. Pool area lovely. Buffet evening meal was excellent. Breakfast was very manic, no cups, cutlery and staff very stressed. "

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup to put it in. Since all the electrical outlets only offer the brazilian plugs, we had to buy adapters for all our equipment. "

"The hotel was OK. We were on the bottom floor which was a bit noisy from the people above. Walking distance to a modern shopping centre with dinning options. I was a bit worried but safety but it felt very safe in the area."

"I think this hotel should have kettle in the room for at least to boil water for tea. Also, they should have potable drinking water dispenser in the lobby for the guest given that you are in the tropical country. Otherwise our stay was okay."

"Perfect for 4 of us. Good heat in shower water. Decent size rooms. Liviung room is just a hallway(in property listing main image), but we r not home much. So not a problem at all."
