Everything was great here. It’s really quiet in the rooms, they’re spacious and have everything we needed. We were in the Adam Harvey suite and felt it was really luxe, especially for the price we paid! Pool and gym were also both great!! Staff were super lovely!

We booked this hotel because Mercure has been a reliable place with good standards in the past. The heated pool was not heated. The restaurant on site is awful, it’s the only thing making this stay less than 5 stars all round. Room was clean, spacious and super quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We used this hotel for a stopper when we were travelling North from Sydney. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff were friendly. The family room was huge but we found the bathroom to be a bit grim as it was all on one tiled level. All good other than that.

This motel is just off the main road so no traffic noise. It's attached to a sporting club so good meals are within walking distance. Our room was spotless and the staff were helpful and friendly. Happily stay there again.

Highly recommend, would stay again

Would highly recommend as the Hotel is conveniently located with easy access and friendly professional staff. Room is quiet, very comfortable and bathroom clean and overall well appointed room. The convenience of tea and coffee facilities and the access to the West's for meals is good. We had a fire emergency in the morning of our stay and the staff were well drilled and efficient in having all guests evacuated without fuss and ensure utmost safety. Everyone was kept well informed.

The room was nice and large but the in-room phone did not work, the bed-side lights did not work. There was no mini-bar - if you wanted a drink you need to call reception, which isn’t an issue if the phone works. Ordering room service was complicated and limited choices- no desert options. The food was mediocre at best. Was our second stay and our last.
