Great location!

Super cute and clean home. Worked well for our family of 5 with room to spare. Hope to stay again in the future! Close to downtown Tampa and easily accessible. The private backyard was also very nice.

Great house

We were gone a lot of the time we stayed but everything was very comfortable and nice. Beds were great, kitchen was everything we could possibly need, only complaint was that we wish we didn’t have to leave so soon. Close to shopping and everywhere we went.

Nice property and convenient location

I was attending a wedding in downtown Tampa, this home was perfect for 5 adults to have as a home base for attending wedding events. Very easy to get an inexpensive uber around Tampa. The house itself lived up to the reviews and pictures. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is cozy and airy! We had a great time ! Didn’t have to wait for the bathroom after a long day out! The open floor plan has room for everyone to feel comfortable but not cramped. Would definitely book again.

The house was spotless upon arrival. There was plenty of shopping, groceries, etc., within a few minute drive. The host was very communicative and the stay was pleasant. Great beds, water pressure, nice back patio and felt very safe. Thank you!

Served our needs perfectly

House was clean, kitchen was nice. We just needed somewhere to sleep as we were out and about daily but it was nicer than we expected. Felt safe in the neighborhood and it was walking distance to the stadium for the concert which was our main priority! Price was great too!

Amazing stay!

The property was just as described, if not better. The place is well cared for, and all basic (and non basic) requirements are there. Felt rather pampered. Sara is excellent at responding to any messages. Would highly recommend this place; would have visited again and again if i was local.

House was very well appointed and very homey. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Only issue was cleanliness of the floors. I made the host aware of issue and she appreciated the heads up and was going to make cleaning company aware. I would stay here again for sure.

Short stay

My family and I spent 2 nights at this property. If you are going to a Bucc’s home game this would definitely be ideal. Located within walking distance of the stadium and minutes from shopping areas. The neighborhood was great and had no issues. The kids loved the back yard, as it is fenced in. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Tampa.

In town for bucs game. Walked a mile to game and back great location for sports weekend. Wi-Fi not working. Fixed quickly. Good weekend.

This is a clean & spacious 4 bedroom home with an amazing backyard oasis located minutes from the Raymond James Stadium. The hostess provided prompt communication and was extremely accomodating. I will request this property again.

Very good value

Our host was very responsive although we had no issues with the house. We were in Tampa for a guys golf trip so this house served its purpose very well. I would not recommend it for a group of couples only because the surrounding area is a little rough. It was about 30 minutes from all of the courses we wanted to play. Very proximate which was good.

Perfect location

The property was nice , quiet neighborhood. We were in Tampa for a funeral also picked up my kids from the airport , everything was within 15 minutes drive . The house provided a great place to visit with my kids and support them as they delt with a passing of their grandfather. The house was perfect for the 4 of us each had a room to ourselves and had plenty of space . The house was nice and comfortable and very clean . Was easy to check in and out . Thank You for having us in your home.

For price = great! Strong perfume smells were very pervasive upon entry and lasted, which was fine with me but be mindful of scents cause a migraine. Floor is fine but eventually needs replacing. Very clean! Thank you for a great stay.

Tampania House

Great on the inside! Beds aren’t so comfortable. Bedroom with Bathroom in it (twin beds) shower DID NOT stay hot for more than 5 minutes. This neighborhood must be one that is being rehabbed because the house next to the VRBO looked dilapidated, yet people reside in it.
