Simply Perfect

The host always responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The home was better than the photos. Spotless inside and out. The back yard is an amazing oasis. Only a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Restaurants are also in walking distance. It was just my husband and I, but this home is perfect for a larger group or family. Plenty of space to spread out. Definitely on my repeat list when we are back in town.

Amazing Stay

This place was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed being in the backyard, the only downfall was the mosquitoes in the back. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Area was so convenient to find places. I had to go to the convention center for an event and the ride wasn't far at all. When we checked out, we didn't realize that we left a macbook. The host wrote to us immediately and made it so easy for us to retrieve it back.

Great Vacation Home

Loved this house. Host quickly replied to questions. Neighborhood was easy to navigate to Steinbrenner stadium and great place for daily exercise walks. Within walking distance to local grocery, restaurants, bakery and park. Easy access to airport as well as Tampa attractions like the Riverwalk and aquarium.Backyard is a great place to relax. We cooked on BBQ several times during our 10 day stay and used the fire pit on chilly nights. Will definitely book again when in Tampa.

Very nice place!

We stayed with our three girls and the space was more than adequate. Clean. Nice location. Easy check in and check out process. Stayed there so we could visit Busch gardens and spend some time in Tampa. Backyard is beautiful. Would recommend and stay again when we visit Tampa.

NY spring training games

Nice Tampa stay

This property was super amazing to stay at with the big back yard feature that we spent ample time in while we were in for the night. It was nice to have a bed for all of our guests, fast wifi, great location yet quiet neighborhood with the exception of 1 neighbor (did not impact our stay at all)! The owner brought by a broom which helped us to keep the sand and dirt inside to a minimum! Overall would definitely stay here again and it was a great first place to stay in Tampa!

Great getaway

We had a large group of adults visiting for a football game. The house was light, bright, just as described, & clean and comfortable for all. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the backyard space was peaceful and relaxing any time of the day or night! The driveway can probably only fit 3 standard vehicles (4 small) max, so take that into consideration as there is no street parking. The host was always quick to respond & very accommodating! Highly recommend it & will definitely be back!

Awesome House

We had a short but very enjoyable stay in this Beautiful House. It had everything we needed. It was clean and modern. Plenty of beds and rooms to sleep in. Comfortable and well equipped. Gorgeous Backyard. Pictures don’t do justice. The backyard is literally a piece of Heaven in Tampa. A total chill area for family and friends. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would totally book here on my next visit.

Spring Training Getaway

We stayed in this house during our recent visit to Tampa to attend Yankees Spring Training. It was everything we could have wished for. The house is clean and well equipped. But the greatest thing about this place was the outdoor space. It has an enormous backyard with a firepit, outdoor kitchen, lots of chairs and beautiful trees. It was a little farther from Steinbrenner Field than we expected, but we were still able to walk there (about 35 minutes each way). It's an easy drive to anywhere you want to go in Tampa.The house was much bigger than we needed for two people and could easily have fit a larger group. The neighborhood was generally quiet with a some traffic noise at night, which did not keep us awake.We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Tampa, especially if they want to be close to the stadiums.

The place is beautiful , backyard is very beautiful. We were able to do a cookout. We’re able to do a fire outside. I had a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy definitely we rent it again if it’s available very clean and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommended to anyone looking to rent a place nearby that location Walmart very nearby bakery was well just walking distance a park walking distance, Mexican grocery store, which was very convenient. If we ever need a place to rent nearby we would definitely book it again..

Spacious, Clean, and steps from the Stadium

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a football game with a group of friends. Everything is clean and the house is spacious. The neighborhood was perfectly quiet when we were there, but that could change depending on which group of football weekenders are there during a given weekend. Back yard is HUGE with giant shade trees for daytime enjoyment and plenty of patio lighting for evening enjoyment. Short walk to a number of local grocery and dining options and only 2-3 blocks to standard chain restaurants if that's your thing. Keyless entry would be the only upgrade I would suggest, but the neighborhood is quiet and safe so it was not a huge concern.

Great location for a game with friends

The home we stayed in was perfect for the trip we had planed, which was a majority guys trip to watch a NFL game. We chose the location because it was walkable to the stadium, close the airport, and a short distance to get elsewhere. For the most part, we were 15mins away from whatever we wanted, and with Lyfts, it was low cost and convenient. We also wanted a bed for everyone, and this place was great by having multiple beds per room. The backyard is great, and can fit a lot of people. They did a great job with the renovations (both inside and outside) and the landscaping they did made it feel like a Florida vacation, as well as helped with buffering the noise from the neighbors. Where they can improve is having a larger stock of towels, there was only 7 for a listing that can fit more than 8 people, so we were short. They could improve the pillows and linens. And they can improve on some of the basic home items that come with the kitchen. Other than that, it fit 8 adults comfortably between the three rooms and two sofas. And it wasn't overly fancy where we felt we had to worry about damaging anything - just low cost Ikea stuff. One additional recommendation, is to mirror the bunkbed room to the adjacent room with the queen+twin. Since that room is setup for more than one person/couple to begin with, you are loosing out on sleeping space with the single queen. I would recommend putting in another double-bunk + twin. Would stay here again in the future!

I want to start by saying that while we were at the house, I messaged management through the app asking if they inspected the property regularly because I was hoping to relay this info to them that way, instead of leaving a negative review. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they really don’t know the condition of the house. No response. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights. There were 2 wash cloths in the house. I messaged management and asked them to please leave more washcloths on the porch for us. No response. The couch and chairs in the living room are absolutely disgusting and dingy. Stains all over them. The wall in one of the bathrooms had dirt all down it and a couple of blood spots. One of the shower floors had a few pieces of debris in it. The baseboards haven’t been cleaned. The grill had been used and not cleaned. The hammock had a huge hole in it. The neighbors on the backside of the house are LOUD, into almost daylight. The back yard is really nice, they have lights strung over the fire pit (no firewood provided, so grab some). But you have to listen to the neighbors while you’re out there.
