The Space:

You step onto a quiet, tree‑lined street in Lutz and instantly feel the ease of a home that balances space and simplicity. Sunlight filters through the living room windows, inviting you to spread out on the couch after a day of exploring nearby parks. A gentle breeze from the small patio reminds you that a relaxed weekend is just beginning.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen‑size bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. The beds are arranged on the first floor, so you won’t need to navigate stairs with luggage or little ones.



Living space & outdoor

The open‑plan living area comfortably seats the whole family, with ample seating for movie nights or board games. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining table make family meals easy. A modest patio with outdoor seating for two is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



Kitchen & amenities

The full kitchen includes the basics you need to prepare simple meals, from a stove and microwave to cookware and utensils. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit for hassle‑free laundry. Towels, linens and basic toiletries are provided, so you can unpack and settle in right away.



Community facilities

The building’s clubhouse offers a lounge where you can unwind, while the fitness center and nearby gym keep you active. A community pool provides a refreshing dip on warm days, and a basketball court and walking/biking trail invite outdoor play. A shared grill area lets you enjoy casual barbecues with neighbors.

The unit is a five‑minute drive (about 2.2 mi) from the University of South Florida, and eight minutes (4.2 mi) to the Museum of Science & Industry. Busch Gardens Tampa is just 11 minutes away (4.5 mi), and both Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi) are within easy reach for nature walks and picnics.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
