The Space:

You step onto a quiet first‑floor patio, feel the gentle Florida breeze, and hear the distant hum of nearby parks—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Lutz. Inside, the open living area invites you to spread out, while the soft glow of the kitchen nook promises easy breakfasts before heading out to the attractions just minutes away.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious queen bedrooms each enjoy a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own retreat. The rooms are designed for comfort and privacy, so you can rest fully after a day at the beach, a theme park, or a local trail.



Living space

The comfy living area comfortably seats the whole family, with plenty of room for games, movies, or simply relaxing together. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, ideal for a quiet coffee or evening chat under the stars.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a quick breakfast at the nook to a family dinner at the dining table. The layout makes it easy to move between cooking, eating, and gathering.

You’re just five minutes from the University of South Florida and eight minutes from MOSI, with Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park all within a short drive. The convenient location makes it easy to enjoy cultural sites, nature walks, and family attractions without long travel times.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
