"Hi as an American I like that these rooms are more spacious than most in Japan. It was a beautiful hotel with great themeing. We would love to come again because the staff was so sweet to us! "
"The hotel has a good location near the subway and other options. Limousine bus has a direct drop off/pick up at the hotel. Everything appeared very clean, and the staff were good and attentive. Self check in and check out. Didn't interact with anybody during those processes. But we did talk to staff at other times and all was good. Very small room, and not enough storage in the room, but it was otherwise functional and comfortable. Air conditioner turned itself off and not turning back on unless you hit the button for various reasons; not sure about all why in some cases. Included breakfast was good and they did open up the dining room up to 10 minutes early which was helpful on our last day when we had a train to catch."
