"Safe and clean in this gated property. Premise is well kept, really very clean. Most basic amenities are provided Owner is hospitable and professional.
What cam be better are the bath towels, they were course and far too thin. It wld also add value if there was wifi conmectivity ."

Wonderful week-long stay for our family! Smooth check-in and fantastic communication from the host. The apartment was spacious, clean and in an excellent location close to R&F Mall and all amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Johor Bahru.

Quaint little hotel, and a bit nervous as I approached the building thinking it was more of a hostel than a hotel - but it was definitely a hotel and a nice one at that.
Everything was very pretty and the design and decor was well thought out. The rooms were comfortable, and had bottles of water replenished each day. The price was cost-effective as well.
One downpoint was the lobby had some drips during heavy rain that they put buckets our for, but the room itself was perfectly dry.

The room is very big and spacious. Excellent location if you want to walk to City Square Mall. We have some problems with drainage in the shower and was fixed right away, very responsive management The hotel should do something to improve the "smell" of the reception area which is the only negative during our stay.

Got upgraded to junior suite and it was amazing,the room was impeccable and very relaxing.

We were given the Tower view as requested with no mishap.
Staff were very cordial radiating smiles doing their hospitality se4vices. The swimming was most appreciated.
