Family July Trip

location and staff is good. Need improvement on the all water tap for all shower and washing basin are not fixed properly.. Will consider staying in this hotel and hope to see improvement done.

I like it being so close to JB station and the shopping malls. The apartment is very spacious with fantastic view over the city and harbour. Everything is fine with the place apart from one big negative is that they do not answer phone calls. I left a bag behind in the room and tried to get in touch with them as inside the bag I had my shoes for going to a wedding. It was impossible to talk to them and eventually had to have a local to go into the hotel to collect it for me. I found that extremely frustrating as I had just crossed the border to Singapore and did so many long distance call to them unsuccessfully.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. Room were clean and nice. Thing to improve are the toilet fixes that need to be tighten (eg shower, bidet, tap..).. Breakfast simple and nice.

1st time stay in the hotel. Good location, breakfast was simple and nice. Front-desk and staff at breakfast were pleasant. Thing to be improve toilet accessory like bidet, shower tap etc were loss and need to be tighten. Other than the toilet every about this is good.

Great location and helpful reception. Room is spacious with a balcony with view of the Causeway. However, the cleanliness of the chairs and sofa can be improved as there are some stains on it. Not a dealbreaker so I'm happy with my stay!

Despite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here.

JB Staycation

Just a simple overnight in JB. Room is big by hotel standards, it’s more of a one room studio apartment. Space wise it’s comfortable, but as in all establishments in JB, property can be better maintained.

Best view and location in Johor Bahru

Best location in Johor. Nearby all the food and shopping areas. Beautiful view and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a dining table, a living room and kitchenette for your cooking if there is a need to. Its pricey but it is worth the money for the comfort and feel of home

Good apartment for a family staycation

We stayed in the 3 bedroom alartment and it was fantastic. It was clean and furnishings were in good condition. There was a kitchen and a dining area as well as hall/coffee table and small balcony. Very convenient location as well.

Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers…

Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though.
