"great location (near subway, supermarket, lots of restaurants), very clean, modern and quiet. Check-in took awhile (~40 mins of couple of emails and a phone call), even though it was past 6pm, admin staff were responsive. "

"McDonald’s, 7 Eleven, Tokiwadai train station and other shoppes are close within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating."

"Very clean cosy apartment, with 2 huge rooms. The entire apartment was so clean, they do have washer/dryer for you to wash your clothes. Free parking for drivers, the owner will provide free coins. However the location is abit far, if u don't mind the distance, it is well worth the stay for it's cleanliness and house amenities "

"The room was nice. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight, taking suitcases up and down them feels precarious given how narrow the staircase is and how small some of the steps are. Be aware that the property is very close to a highway, so the noises from it are audible all through the night. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy."

"The room was clean and very well equipped. This is not a hotel per se. More of an air b&b type room. Our only issue was the location. The neighborhood was safe & nice but not the area displayed on the map. We were about a 30 minute walk from where we expected to be staying."
