"Clean and quiet"

"The onsen was excellent. Over 2 floors. Great view"

"The staff were all friendly. The room and the whole building was clean. I love their private onsen and free popsicle and yakult before/after onsen, and their free half bowl ramen at night. Will definitely go back."

"I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult.
