Breakfast is good but the food is almost same daily. Insufficient power outlet. The towels should be replaced with new ones.overall I give 4 stars to this hotel.

Our hotel in Taipei
It was a wonderful hotel. Very clean. Right in center of the city. Near Taipei main station. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Love to come back again. Reasonable price.

Most unwelcoming
Probably the most unwelcome I have ever felt in a hotel. Upon arriving from 20 hours of travelling there was no way I was going to be allowed to check in before 3pm as that was the check in time and no rooms would be ready before then. Not the best start Bathroom had some random hairs floating around and wasn’t particularly clean

The building was a little old but centrally located and insulated well enough against noise. Not much in the way of amenities but you can’t expect much for the price. Finally the breakfast was as good as it gets for the price. Nothing too flashy but all that you could ask for, from cereals to eggs and bacon to Asian style breakfast.

Decent stay
Convenient location - pretty close to the metro station and there are different bus routes accessible within a few minutes of walking (in Taipei it's more convenient to get around by bus if you're looking at public transit). The hotel condition is a little aged but you see upgrades done in the lobby. The king bed we had was actually two twin put together. The room is spacious enough but what I found lacking were wall sockets (there were one next to one side of the bed and another in the bathroom, and one at the desk but that was for the table lamp which you can unplug - a couple more would have been preferred) and places to put/hang your stuff (clothes, towels and otherwise) - would have been useful to have a few hooks. They do have a closest but only with 4 hangers (perhaps could have asked for more but we didn't bother). The overhead shower was no good (water in weird direction that doesn't allow a comfortable shower) so we had to use the handheld shower head from the tub - the handheld part annoys me but maybe not an issue for some people. They provide one bottle water per person per day. The wifi was fine. The breakfast is decent with a selection of Asian and Western food. The people at the reception were helpful and courteous and tried to help me locate an umbrella I left behind. They can also arrange a taxi to Taoyuan Airport for NTD1,100. Overall decent stay although I think there are similar properties/offerings at the same price range.

My room was very clean. I chose an inside room, which is a bit odd as it did mot have windows, but that made it e tremendously quiet. I was able to sleep on peace. The breakfast was also more than ample.

Great Stay and Great location
It was an amazing experience for staying at this hotel. Worth the penny you are paying as its not pricy but has decent room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

It's a small hotel even the room. But bigger than my hotel in Japan. I like the fact that it's clean, it was actually cleaner than a 5- star hotel I checked in somewhere (don't want to mention). The water is strong and soft. Basically, I love Taiwan and this hotel. I was thinking probably all hotels are like this one anywhere in Taipei. It's just that my experience all in all in Taipei is great! Everything is so efficient. Kudos to the people of Taiwan for keeping their country like heaven on earth.

Convenient Taipei (zhongshan district) location.
Very convenient central Taipei location. Hotel is in an alley off a main artery (typical of the smaller business hotels common in Asia) but very walkable. Close to metro, bus and central train station. About NT$120-150 (US$4.00-$5.00) cab ride with luggage from central train station. Lots of late night eateries nearby. Grocery and movie cinema about 450m north. Fast and stable WiFi. Very good breakfast with both east and western choices. Laundry facilities in the basement with US sized load capacity and dryer!

Nice hotel near shopping center

My (Mai) Hotel
I like my stay in your hotel as it provided me a place to relax and enjoy my stay in Taipei. It is very clean hotel with courteous and accommodating staff. It is strategically located which allowed me to move easily from one place to another as a tourist. Thank you for the accommodation.
