"The front desk worker was awesome. So friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, and kitchenette was so cute. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows for protection against bugs and people, but otherwise. Really great place to stay, convenient, well-priced, two heated pools....very nice!!!"

"My kids loved all the amenities and the park out back kept them busy after a day at the beach. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. Staff was friendly and helpful we just had to call down a couple times to get extra pillow and blankets. Other than that we had a great time. The pool and hot tub and sauna were great. Although the hot tub had something in the water that burned all our eyes and made my kids cough briefly. It was great distance from everything we needed and walking distance from the beach. Would deff stay again."

"Overall, the hotel was decent and the stay itself was okay, but the check-in experience could definitely be improved. There was only one family ahead of me, yet the process took around 45 minutes because of issues with their reservation. I understand situations happen, but the front desk handling felt very slow and it almost caused me to miss my own check-in window. The guests ahead were also being difficult, which made the wait more frustrating. The hotel itself was fine for a short stay, although there weren’t many amenities available compared to other places I’ve stayed. Staff were polite, but a more efficient check-in process would make a big difference to the overall experience."

"The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. One young man was nice he was there in the morning. The rest of the shifts didn't even great people when they came in didn't even look up anyone could have walked in. They were very full it was a holiday weekend but breakfast was over at like 9:30 but food still on the floors and counters till well after noon. It is not a place I would book again"

"Great place to stay would recommend since an old place bring a room spray to help some with old hotel smell . Was in a non smoking room but there was a musky smell to the room . We just open the screen door to aired it out to help with airflow. Overall, the place and location we definitely recommend don’t forget to check out the light house view in the hotel!"
