"This place is a gem of a family resort! It is an older complex but fairly well maintained and a great value for the price. The units are large for the price you pay, clean, and SO many amenities included! The great: short walking path to a beautiful beach, fire pit that is stoked and burning by the staff for smores throughout the evening (bring your own smores supplies), great pool area, a really cool game room area with so many things to play, friendly staff, fun large outdoor play area with swings and many yard games available to play, and a small pond area with canoes and supplies to paddle around in for free! The needed improvements: our fridge never got cold so that was a bummer but luckily we didn’t really need it to store anything, no ice machine ( they have small bags of ice for sale), some of the game room equipment needed some TLC and replacement(like the ping pong stuff), and no directions on how to use the three remote controls in the townhouse ( we figured it out but it would have been nice to have some guidance). All in all, this place far exceeded my expectations for what I paid and I will definitely return sometime!"

"The room was spacious and clean. The beds comfortable. The check in process was long. Breakfast was decent. Within walking distance to the beach. Being pet friendly is a huge bonus. My Bruce loved it and there’s a lot of space outside for dogs. Would definitely stay again. Leaving paper towels in the rooms would be super helpful and drip coffee maker."

"This place is an older small but well-maintained building housing several different types of units. Close to town. No front desk so entry is by code via text or email. I found the place very clean and well maintained. The room decor was very nice in the room I was in. Yes it's an older building but what a great little bargain for a nice room. I've stayed in several cheap places in Ocean Shores and this is by far one of the nicest. Will definitely stay here again,"

"My husband and I both work in 4 star hotels, so we have very high expectations…This place was wonderful and just what our busy family needed! We stayed in the one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor and had a wonderful view! It was so great putting the kids to bed and still getting to stay up and enjoy a quiet night before heading to bed. The room was SO clean and well cared for. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind as well as all the other staff. My only “negative” was the pool was on the cold side. The kids didn’t mind, but it was rough for the adults. Even that space was well cared for, clean and tidy! We will be back again soon."
