"Clean room, nice employee "

"Perfect location to stay if you are going to Boreal Mountain Resort. Loved how spacious and clean our room was with two queen size beds and a huge bathroom. Staff were great checking us in and answering our questions. My only issue was the $20 parking... should have been included. Didnt eat at the buffet, so can't review it. Would definitely stay again unless I find a same rated hotel with free parking. "

"Great place to stay. I'm not into fancy or boujee hotels, so when i give this place 5 stars, i'm not talking about a $1000 a night gold plated Hilton hotel room. I'm going to be using the room to sleep in, and chill after a day of adventuring. This hotel checks all the boxes for that. Good location right off the 80 in west Truckee. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Mini fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast with muffins, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches or burritos. Some fruit, coffee, cocoa. Staff is cool af. There are some good food options in walking distance. Safeway, old Truckee, and such are a few minute drive. For what i'm after, this is a great hotel. "
