"The room was really great. The people were so friendly and they knew enough English that I could get help that I needed and they even had a service where you could order a Taxi in the Best thing was they had this Public bath that was so nice and warm"

"Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). The only slightly negative thing was the hotel had construction outside going on while we were there, but I feel like the hotel did everything possible to minimize inconvenience and it really didn't bother us too much."
