"Fabulous location, hospitable staff, very comfortable clean accommodations, super comfy beds."

"The location was good and close to downtown. The staff was very friendly but the property is somewhat run down. The elevators were broken our entire stay requiring us to climb seven flights of stairs everytime we left or returned to our room. Television didn't work properly. After several failed attempts to reach anyone at the front desk had to walk down the seven flights of stairs to request someone to repair it."

"Be aware if you travel with kids or teens, they can't go into casino at ALL, not even to restaurants. Which if there were options in the hotel it would be okay, but only restaurant is a high end steak house. Adults had to walk into casino to get pizza, chicken strips etc, and walk it back to hotel, then return to gamble/eat. Worked out, but not as easy as I'd expected. "

"We had a pull out bed in our room. It was in-made so we ask front desk to please send bedding and make the pull out bed for our child. They dropped off sheets while we were at dinner. And did NOT make the bed. I’ve never been to a hotel where I had to make my own bed?! Hallways are very dirty. Shower door in 924 stays wide open as it’s broken. Find somewhere else to stay if you can. "
