"The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views. Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hotel hostess, Carla, is an absolute gem and catered to our every need. Alessandro took incredible care of us at breakfast and preempted our daily coffee and tea requests :) The rooms are fine, although brittle bed sheets and not great pillows but that would not deter me from returning. Even the chamber maids made sure we had what we needed and bent over backwards to accommodate. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to a return visit. "

"My concerns are so formidable that I doubt I will ever use VRBO again.1.Reaching the host was a disaster, as was any attempted communication with any portion of VRBO2.On the first evening, my friend went out onto the deck and he tripped over a protruding section of the flooring brick. He injured his lower leg, which troubled him with pain and incredible swelling the entire time we were in Italy (June 3-19). He went to his U.S. doctor as soon as he arrived home and got a diagnosis. An X-ray revealed it was a bad high-ankle sprain that will take up to 6 mos. to heal.3.The shower of the main bathroom in the house did not work, as one wall of the shower was detached and water would have sprayed and flooded everywhere. We contacted the VRBO rep, and waited two days for a repairman.4.The shower and the sink in the 2nd bathroom flooded, and the repairman (we waited two days for his arrival) thought he fixed it, but instead both bathrooms flooded again.5.We waited until the night before leaving for the repairman to complete the job.6.I AM HOPING FOR A REFUND OR AT LEAST A SUBSTANTIAL REIMBURSEMENT."

"Wonderful stay in an amazing location. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the cocktails were beautifully mixed in the bar. Breakfast was outstanding and so fresh each morning. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and best places to eat and spend time. The pool was lovely and the location was perfect right by all the bars, restaurants and shops. The most wonderful beaches are all 10 mins drive from the hotel. Top notch boutique hotel with brilliant service and perfect location."
